She was always responsive, worked late when needed, and proved to be an excellent problem solver, especially since our property was not on the Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac approved list. Janice was crucial in guiding me through the entire process of my home refinance, especially since I was going through a divorce at the time. This added complexities to finalizing the deal.
